Our Yoga II program is a more advanced version of the beginner Yoga program ,helping to further our student's understanding of body awareness, proper breathing and core strengthening. By taking the basic concepts to a new level, our students are able to tap into a higher awareness of the connection between body and mind, and further develop the unparalleled mental focus, spiritual calm and total body flexibility and wellness that are hallmarks of a comprehensive Yoga Program.
Essence's Yoga II class is designed to further the concepts introduced in our beginner yoga classes. If you have developed some comfort and understand with the basics of Yoga, then Yoga II is the perfect next class for you.
